We charge a simple flat-rate design fee to help you keep your budget under control. With our experience sourcing unique and affordable pieces, we ensure every dollar goes where it should. All procurement and installation costs are fully transparent, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for. You’re welcome to work with your preferred contractor or ours - either way, we’ll oversee the process and keep things on track, so you can enjoy a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

To get started, fill in the Design Quiz that will help us understand your unique style and taste - as well as basic info about your project and requirements. We then set up a consultation to further discuss your needs and vision. During the consultation, we can decide on the layout plan for your space and establish a design dirrection through mood boards and materials.

Next step, we do a site visit and get in-depth measurements and understand the full look and feel of the current space. We then work on the full design plan and proposal - which includes floor plans, furniture selections and layout, a 3D walkthrough, estimated timeline and budget.

installation

We will handle every process relating to the items and furniture including procurement, shipment, delivery and installation so you don't have to worry about a thing! After some final finishing touches and making sure everything is set up to a high quality, your space is good to go!
